These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Candid Studio.
By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Candid Studio is operated by Rebecca Lloyd, based in South Wales, UK.

2. Services
I provide creative and business support services including:
- Strategy and coaching sessions
- Brand & Business Reset
- Photography sessions
- Design services
- Consultancy and mentoring

3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed with payment
- Payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise
- Prices are listed in GBP
- Invoices must be paid by the due date
I reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Candid Clarity Sessions & Calls
- Reschedule up to 48 hours before
- Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of fee
Programmes & Projects
- Refunds are not available once work has started
- Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe
Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Respond in a timely manner
- Attend sessions prepared
- Respect boundaries and working hours
Delays caused by lack of communication may affect timelines.
6. Scope of Work
Each project has a defined scope.
Additional work outside this scope may be quoted separately.
I are not responsible for work requested outside the agreed agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
Design & Photography
- Final paid-for work belongs to the client
- Candid Studio retains the right to display work for portfolio and marketing purposes (unless agreed otherwise)
Strategy & Materials
- All worksheets, templates, and frameworks remain the property of Candid Studio
They may not be resold or redistributed.
8. Confidentiality
I treat all client information as confidential and will not share it without permission, except where legally required.
9. Limitation of Liability
Candid Studio is not responsible for:
- Business losses
- Loss of profit
- Loss of data
- Indirect damages
I provide advice and services in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
10. Termination
I reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Abuse occurs
- Payments are unpaid
- Terms are breached
Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed.
11. Force Majeure
I are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including illness, natural disasters, or technical failures.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
